Nationality: Indian Citizen required.
Qualification: Postgraduate degree (International Affairs/Public Policy or related field).
Experience: Research, writing, publications, or work in university/think tank preferred.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in Ministry/Govt organization.

Job Type: Deputation (Central Government Officers).
Eligibility: Officers working in Central Government holding analogous post in Pay Matrix Level–11.
Desirable Qualification
Vacancy 1 (Legal Background)
- Degree in Law (LL.B/B.A. LL.B)
- Experience in court cases & legal matters
- Ability to draft Affidavits, Counter Affidavits, Status Reports
- Experience coordinating with Govt Advocates/Panel Counsels
- Ability to represent department in legal briefings
Vacancy 2 (Policy/Coordination)
- Strong leadership & management skills
- Good noting, drafting & communication ability
- Experience as Under Secretary/Deputy Secretary/equivalent

Nationality: Indian Citizen required
Essential
- PhD in Disarmament/International Security/Strategic Affairs or related field from recognized university. OR
- Retired Government of India officer with Pay Level 14 or above (7th CPC).
- Minimum 5 years experience in think tanks/research organizations/academic institutions related to international security or disarmament.
- Strong English writing & communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in Government Ministry/University/Think Tank related to international security.
- Published work such as research papers, articles, books, policy papers.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Remuneration
- Up to ₹18,00,000 per year (based on experience & profile)
- Salary will remain fixed during contract period
- For retired Govt officers, payment as per Department of Expenditure rules
