1. Officer - Administration Medical Cell

3. PGT - Computer Science (Male/Female)

AIAHL Job Responsibilities


1. Officer – Administration (Medical Cell)

The selected candidate will handle administrative and coordination work related to CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) and beneficiary management. The role requires maintaining proper records, updating beneficiary information, and coordinating with concerned departments.

Duties include:

  • Registration of beneficiaries under CGHS scheme.
  • Verification of beneficiary details under CGHS.
  • Addition and deletion of beneficiaries under CGHS as per requirement.
  • Updating beneficiary information on CGHS and NHA portal.
  • Maintaining proper records and documentation.
  • Handling grievances related to claim settlement issues.
  • Timely submission of Life Certificate to CGHS authorities.
  • Maintaining close coordination with CGHS and UTIITSL offices.
  • Performing any other work or responsibility assigned by top management from time to time.

Work Profile: This role mainly involves administrative coordination, beneficiary data management, and communication with CGHS authorities. Candidates should have good record keeping ability, basic computer knowledge, and experience in handling administrative tasks.

2. Manager Legal & Corporate (MLC)

Duties include:

  • Assisting in legal compliance matters and setting up policies, planning tools, mission objectives, and company goals.
  • Ensuring proper documentation framework for governance and compliance management.
  • Assisting in preparation and updating corporate governance policies, administrative rules, and coordination with government authorities.
  • Drafting tenders, agreements, contracts, compliance documents, representation letters, corporate guarantees, and documents related to property acquisition, sale, transfer of ownership, and lease agreements.
  • Engaging third party legal advisors, consultants, or legal retainers as required by the company.
  • Assisting management in legal formalities and documentation related to company owned or leased properties and monetization process.
  • Performing any other related work assigned by top management of the company.

Qualification:

  • Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resources.
  • BBA (HR/Personnel/IR specialization).
  • Equivalent qualification
  • MBBS

Skills:
